1. Cancellations

We offer flexibility for cancellations based on the timing of your request. Our policy is as follows:

  • 100% Refund: If the booking is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Modifications to Booking

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice:

  • The booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
  • Our driver will wait for a maximum of [insert time frame, e.g., 15-30 minutes] after the scheduled pickup time. After this period, the service will be considered canceled with no refund.

5. Service Issues and Complaints
